Why am I not getting notifications?

You won't receive push notifications ONLY under the following circumstances:

- Your phone's WiFi is disabled
- Your phone's Bluetooth is disabled
- Your app is open (we chose not to notify you here because we don't want to bother you while you're looking at the app).

If you've fixed all of these problems, and you are still not receiving notifications, please notify us at support@ankr.com.
